Dear Younes Leysi Derilou,

Thanks for the reply I do not have the pictures yet . But i will be able to mail them to you in a couple of days. I plan to take images with both phase contrast and fluorescence channel and merge them together to give a single image which will have both GFP positive (Green) plus GFPnegative (no colour) cells in a single image. May be this info might help you for mean time.

Dear Bruce Kendall and other users,

Right now we already have old  monochrome camera which is able to show live view with morena framework ( TWAIN) but resolution is only 320x240 and capturing video is not possible we may buy new camera but for the time being
 we would like to see how this camera works.

so I need any free programs ,plugins which can interface and capture video and images from Winfast  TV USB II or Matrox meteror II frame grabber card.

I have seen some plugins for other hardware but not for these , since I am not familiar with writing plugins and macros I need help from experienced users.

The lowest resolution I carry 1600 x 1200. Quite different from what you
currently have. It comes with a very user friendly capture and measurement
program, works in Twain and direct show and also has the Image J plug-in.
Work for XP and Vista and comes with the SDK.

Sound like your systems works on USB1. The 2M will only work on USB2.0.
