plugin update: Auto threshold

Hi
A new version (1.14)  of the Auto Threshold plugin allows processing 16 bit
images.

Thanks to Johannes Schindelin and  Alex Herbert for patches and suggestions.

Fiji users will be able to update frome withing Fiji

Please take a look at the "Important notes" as there are some changes one
should be aware of, and the differences between the ImageJ built-in applet and
the plugin.
