plugin upgrade: bUnwarpJ

Dear all,

I just updated bUnwarpJ, the plugin for consistent and elastic image
registration:

For the users there is not much difference apart from some bugs i fixed
concerning the masks.

For developers, everything is now under the same package to facilitate
its use from other packages. The names of the classes have been also
changed for the sake of clarification.

Please, let me know how it works.
