problem loading large images

Good morning

I have problems loading large images (about 2GB) into FIJI in a macbook
Pro with 16GB RAM. Fiji 2.0.0-rc-26 (Image J 1.49p 64 bit)

The image is a large RGB TIFF file created by stitching ~12x14 frames, it
is about 20000 something x 20000 something pixels

Any feedback would be welcome
