problem with Analyse Particles and the Count Maks

Jeremy Adler
When I use Analyse Particles and produce a Count Mask,

the masks normally have an integer range of values from 1 upwards.

But at the moment when I run Analyse Particles a second time the intensities of the Count Masks only start at 1 the first instance, but  subsequent with Analyse Particles increment from the last highest Count Mask values.

e.g.

run 1    range 1-141

run 2    range 142-282

run 3    range 283-426

the background value is always zero.

using  1.53c in Fiji

run("Analyze Particles...", "size=800-Infinity pixel show=[Count Masks] include add");

clearing the ROI Manager- makes no difference.

Have I missed something, or is there a real problem here?

Hi Jeremy,

Do you overwrite the table? If not you keep adding to it.

Cheers
Gabriel
