We have images from a Leica microscope set up with ImageProPlus that we cannot open into ImageJ. Any help appreciated.
They are RGB color 1392 X 1040 pixels, file length in range of 6,523,992 or 6,527,624 bytes. They do open in Photoshop, and when we save them as TIF they get larger by about 30% (maybe they were compressed?). Then when we open them in ImageJ they are 15 or 16 bits per channel. Any ideas whether we can open them into ImageJ or should we find a workaround, like relearning how to do simple automation using Photoshop? Thank you! Hi Michael,
Could you please post a sample non-working image somewhere public?
