propagate to other channels issue

Hi Everyone,

I'm having trouble getting the "Propagate to the other x channels of this image" in the Brightness and Contrast "Set" dialog to work on 16 and 32-bit hyperstacks with >2 channels.  I can see the channels getting incremented through but the contrast is left unchanged.  I implemented a plugin with the appropriate code from the ContrastAdjuster "setMinAndMax" method and it works as expected-all the contrast's are set equal.  I don't really understand what the difference would be in the ImageJ source.  Note that my 16-bit range is set to automatic.  I am using the 1.49j version of ImageJ.
