You can design your own lut using Excel. Just make four columns,
fill the first with 0-255 as a guide, and then assume the second
column represents r, the third g, the fourth b. Enter the numbers
you want from 0-255 in each of the corresponding cells. Then save
the table either as csv or tab limited, and import it into ImageJ.
If you like the result, you can save it as a lut.
