Hi,
I would like to place markers over identified cells and then perform counts on the markers inside a ROI (similar to what you can do in Neurolucida). I know that there is a particle counting function, but b/c of the complexity of the images, I will have to identify the cells manually... in the end, I need to combine the cell counts with intenstiy measurements from another type of staining (peptide content of nerve terminals)
