question about Trackem

Fabrice Senger
Hello

Sorry to adress a question about Fiji, but,
I'm running Fiji with IJ1.43r; Java 1.6.0_17 (64bit) on MacOs10.6.2) and
theire are several plugins wich do not appear in the plugin menu,
especially Trackem, despite the fact that the plugin appears in the
plugin folder and the fact that, when I ask for updates, Fiji returns a
message, up to date...

Any clue about that ?

Thank you ,

Fabrice.

In Fiji, we tried to clean up the Plugins menu a little, and put the menu
entries in more intuitive places (yes, there is still a lot to be done).
So you will find the TrakEM2 related menu entries in File>New.

In any case, if in doubt, just hit "l" to open the Command Launcher (which
is called "Command Finder" in ImageJ for some reason).

Ciao,
Johannes
