question about the "3D Objects Counter"

Lai Ding
Hello Everyone,

I have a simple question about the "3D Objects Counter".

Is there a way to get rid of the index number showing up in the result "Object - filename" image?

Thanks
Lai

Hi Lai,

Try the Particle Analyser in BoneJ:  http://bonej.org/particles

It goes a lot faster than the original 3D OC, especially on larger images (one day, when someone gives us some money to hire an engineer, we'll make it more broadly available in FIJI).
