questions about how to export stack images of 16 bit

Hi all,

I'm just wondering if anyone knows how to export stack of images
without losing their resolutions. I have images in lsm format, 16
bits. I tried to export them through save as -> Image Sequence, but I
can only save them by 8 bits. Could anyone help? Thanks so much!
