I just started to use trackmate, and I have a few questions.
1. Is it possible to get a list of ROIs for each track? My aim is to
"redirect" measurements to a parallel channel. That is , I do the
tracking on one channel (in my case, the RFP channel), but want to
measure objects in a parallel channel (in my case, GFP). I also have
other reasons for wanting these ROIs. I see that the location
information is in the Spots in Track Statistics table, but I prefer not
ot have t parse that,
2. How do i use the XML output (other than to reload it into trackmate?
This plugin is absolutely amazing.
