Hi,
I have a couple of images that have a 'donut' shape on them. I need to divide the donut into four quadrants and subsequently measure the intensity of each arc. I know it will involve using the elliptical selection tool to outline the shape, but beyond this I am not sure how to proceed. Any help is much appreciated.
