reading custom tag from dicom image

Hi EveryOne,

     I want to read my own tag from Dicom image
    How can i define it and how can i read this from image

   "00020016"   TAG_SOURCE_APPLICATION_ENTITY_TITLE
    Please help me.I am using imagej.
