Dear all
I want to find the center of gravity of an irregular tube. I used the plugin Skeletonize3D and AnalyseSkeleton, but I cannot find the value in millimeter or micrometer for Center of Gravity of that tube. Could you help me, please? Best Regards Kyaw Moe -- ImageJ mailing list: http://imagej.nih.gov/ij/list.html |
Dear Professor
I can apply 3D object counter. First I change my image to black and white binary image by CTAn software. Then I open this dataset by Fiji and then, I use skeletonized plugin to find center axis. Then, I check the center axis by 3D viewer plugin. FInally, I use 3D objective counter plugin to calculate the value for Z axis, the vertical axis. For example, I got value as X is 35.610, Y is 49.505 and Z is 122.015. I want to express these value in micrometer. Could I change? How can I change? Please guide me as necessary.
