retrieve RoiSet file

I had a RoiSet file and I put some new ROIs in it and then forgot to save it
:( Is it possible to retrieve the ROIs?

Dear Inesica,
If you draw a ROI and loose its selection, you can retrieve it with
"Edit->Selection->Restore_selection" or Shift+E.
But otherwise if you forgot to save a ROI and closed ImageJ, these ROIs are
gone, sorry!!!
