save multiple stacks

Kazem Edmond
Hello,
I'm a long time ImageJ user and fan.  Thanks!

My question has to do with saving many stacks at once.  For example, I have an image series in a directory.  I import them all as a single stack, and then split that stack into many sub-stacks using the UCSD plugin SplitStack.  Now, I have dozens of stacks cascading down my screen.  How do I save them all as tiff stacks into a directory?  Basically, I want I'd like to have an "Save As -> Image Sequence..." command, but for stacks.  Thanks again.

Hi Kazem,

I had the same problem few days ago and I solved it just writing a
macro, if you would like to try it I'm happy to send it to you. For
now it prompt a message and ask for the name of each file, but it is
very easy to change it to make it save with a progressive index as
file name.
Let me know if you want it.

Best

Max
