Hi Sein,
you can use Image>Overlay>Flatten
This creates a copy of the image with the overlay drawn on it (thereby
destroying the original image data where the overlay is shown). It also
converts 16-bit and floating-point (=32-bit) images to standard RGB with
3*8 bits (i.e. 8 bits for each color channel).
Then save it as png, jpg or whatever you like.
