hi there
maybe you can try to save the image as "text-image"
you will get all the pixelvalues in a matrix
column and row-numbers then correspond to
xy-data of the pixel
hope that helps
regards
robert

Subject: saving x/y coordinates with their value
Hi Everybody,
I've just begun using ImageJ for TEM diffraction pattern analysis. I just
can't save the whole x and y coordinates with their relative value on image.
As a matter of fact, i just can save the x and y selection but never the
three of them.
What should I do?
Best regards for everybody
