search for an object in a picture, with imagej

Hi
i use android studio and i need to make a java app, that scans and image for objects, based on a designated color and shape.

For instance i would like to make a list with blue bottles and red mugs.

Then, an ordinary picture would be scanned for blue bottles and red mugs.

can i do this with imagej?
