Hey all,
a while I have done some easy picture analysis (greyvalues, masking,
area%) using ImageJ which worked just perfect.
Now they are asking for a subanalysis and I am now looking for a add-
on / makro that could help me do the job.
It is actually pretty simple. I transformed a picture of a more or
less squared pressure sensitive film into a binary image. I now would
like to investigate wether there is pattern to the distribution of the
different films. I would therefore like to outline the actual
pressure sensitive film area, have it divided into quarters and then
get the area% of each quarter.
does anyone have a add-on/makro for something like this and if not,
how would I have to proceed when doing it by hand?
