shift values of Register ROI

If I do an alignment of a stack of images with the plugin "Register
ROI", and press on the LIST button, the list of the shifts in y is
actuallly that of the shifts in x. The shifts in x are correct; the
shifts in y obviously not.
How can I get the shifts in y?
