simple neurite tracer - can I save the traces file in SWC format?

Hi,

I would like to work with a free software called 'L-measure' for the
morphometric analysis of neurons that I traced with the simple neurite
tracer plugin.
This software works with SWC file, does someone knows if I can convert the
traces file to SWC?

Hallo Rona,

here is a brief explanation of the neurit-description format "SWC"

According to the format definition, it should be rather easy to code
the tracer output in terms of SWC but it will need some programming.
Maybe it has been done already...

Rona,

The latest version of Simple Neurite Tracer has an "Export to
SWC" option.  You can get the most recent version, as usual,
with "Help > Update Fiji".  There are some instructions here:

Please let me know if you have any problems with that (or using
the files in L-measure).
