simple neurite tracer- coloring the filled neurons

Hi,

I traced three cells with simple neurite tracer and filled them. now I want
to color each cell in a different color - is it possible?

Do you mean the type of output you would get if you used the ROI Color Coder plug in (http://imagejdocu.tudor.lu/doku.php?id=macro:roi_color_coder)?

Hi,

Maybe I didn't explain my self.
In the documentaion of simple neurite tracer their is a lovely picture opend
with the 3D viewer which shows a labeld neuron and other segmented things..
how do I do that? (after tracing neuron what should I do to label it?)
