simple neurite tracer

Hi,



I currently use the 'simple neurite tracer' plugin with FIJI software..

I trace the cells from a z-stack confocal images and I would like to know if
I can trace more than one cell from this image..

What I do now is trace one cell, close the tracer plugin and re-open it
again, is this the way to do it??



Another question that I have is -

If  I trace two cells from this image and I want to join them together to
one image and color each cell in a different color, how can I do it??
