Hi-
I have a collection of images that I load as a stack. Everything works well. My difficulty is that in the real space of the images the Z-axis is not perpendicular to the XY plane. Pixel 1,1 on slice 2 does not lie directly below pixel 1,1 on slice 1.
Is there a way to tell ImageJ that the Z-axis is at an angle so that orthogonal views and resliced images come out to match the real space volumes?
thanks in advance,
Randy
