spot discrimination

Hi,

Following this link (http://www.sigenae.org/index.php?id=92) you will
find a sceenshot and on the screenshot you can see :
- up left : the spot we want to quantify and a radial profile,
- down right : 3D view of the spot.

The problem here is the intrusion of the left spot in the area of the
spot we want to quantify.

My question is, are there methods to discriminate both spots in the
picture? And is there such a method implemented in IJ?
