stackreg function not available

Hi Pablo,

You should try Help>Update, and select Manage Update Sites in the ImageJ Updater window.  Check the BIG-EPFL option, Close, Apply Changes and restart.  TurboReg and StackReg should appear in the Plugins list upon restart.  You may find other functionality is conveniently accessed through the updater.
