standart deviation of the circularity measurement?

Florian Fuchs
Hello ImageJers,

I got a problem by describing particles. I want to see the circularity at a
specific thresholdsetting. It works perfect, but I need to see the
(standart) deviation of some parameters. I know how to exlude particles by
setting the circularity in the "analysing particles" window, but I cant
measure each particle and do it by myself (ca. 300-... particles per image)

*Is it possible, to see the standart deviation of the circularity?*
(maybe in the results table of analysing particles next to the
"circularity")

I need it for my studies, but without a deviation my results aren´t fully
described.

Thanks a lot
Flori

Analyze particles can be output to a file, so the easiest approach would be
to read it into excel and compute it w their built-in function
