startup macro and colocalization quantify

Dear All,

Sorry for bothering, 2 questions here:

1. Trying to put command "Z project…" to startup macro, it does show in the startup menu, however, when execute it, there is no dialogue box asking for parameters, but I want to select a specific number of planes in the stack. When I open "Z project.." from the menu bar (Image/Stacks/Z project…), the dialogue box shows up. So, is there any way to put out the dialogue box when this command is in the startup menu?

2. Is there any plugin to quantify the number of colocalized puncta number? Like the picture attached in this email, I have red puncta and green puncta in 2 channels, I want to quantify the number of those blacks puncta where red and green colocalized.
