stereology

Hi,

I'm interested in using stereology for different issues, are there
allready implementations in imageJ ?
I found one plugin for volume estimation but i'm interested aswell in
estimating length, and to use this method for random sampling.

Hi Fabrice,

The Stereology Resource Center (www.disector.com) has developed programs and features to work with ImageJ, including capture of images for creation of montages and stereological analyses. These features are compatible with both Mac and PC platforms.
