Event Clustering

Hello,
I am looking for clustering algorithms to analyze events based on
intensities of each event.
The goal is to separate events of differing intensities into groups as
normally done in flow cytometry analysis, in this case I want to do similar
analysis from an image.
Is there any plugin available in ImageJ or any other open source platform?
