use a binary mask to analyse unmasked regions of a grayscale image

Hi,


I'm a beginner in ImageJ.

I have a gray scale aerial image from which I have generated a binary mask.

white areas of this image are for anthropised areas and black are for natural.

I'd like to proceed a finer analysis of my gray scale only within white areas of my mask.

How can I use a mask to restrict analysis to the unmasked regions?
