Hi,

take the Euclidean distance between points in 3D space:

D=sqrt ( (x1-x2)^2 + (y1-y2)^2 + (z1-z2)^2)

You have to calibrate x and y which will give you the focal plane
projection  and the the z-axis which will give you the depth.
