Can I split Hyper stack in the Z- or T- dimension?

Hi Everyone,
I am an imageJ beginner. Recently I use imagej to handle some of my pictures. I can split my hyperstack in RGB channels. My question is, can I split in other dimension, Z-, which is what I need, or T- dimension?
