batch 3d object processing

Hi,
I've got 1000 directories, each containing 18 photos.  Each photo is a picture of an object taken every 20 degrees.  I am looking for a way to stitch these together and output some sort of 3d file be it quicktime, vrml, etc… I've tried vr worx however it doesn't really do batch work well (or I don't understand it well) and I'm hoping there's an answer in ImageJ – any thoughts?  Any other recommended softwares?  Am focused on open source, somewhat willing to hear about alternatives though
