Snapping when creating lines and polygons?

Hello,
I like how I can select/create lines and polygons in ImageJ, add them
to the ROI manager, and measure them.
However, when I create those lines and polygons is there a way for
them to "snap" to an existing selection if my click is within a
certain number of pixels from it?
This is very useful and important when I create polygons whose edges
should align, or lines that need to start right on the edge of an
existing selection.
