General Hough Transformation

 I found a plugin for the Hough transformation and installed it into ImageJ. My interest is in detecting diagonal lines in an image. I started with a simple picture of 45 degree black lines on a white background. The plugin appears to run into an exception and fails to detect anything. Does anyone have experience with this plugin and might be able to suggest the appropriate GHT parameters to accomplish this task?
