Hallo,

the ROI's will be selected manually?

Then open the ROIManager, select your ROI's, click <Add> to 'store'
every selected ROI.
Then simply click <Measure>.
(Select the features to be measured in <Analyze / Set Measurements / ..
Area .. Integrated Density .. Standrad Deviation .. etc.)
