Are the images in a stack? If I remember correctly, the enhance contrast feature should have extra options if you are trying to enhance a stack of images.

In order to put your images in a stack, use the following menu command:

Image->Stacks->Image to Stacks

I am trying to enhance the contrast of an entire image sequence. The sequence has around 60 images. However when I use Process>Enhance Contrast, only the contrast of the current image is enhanced. Can anyone help me with this problem.
