Multiple ROI's with ColorHistogram-designing the macro/plugin

Hello,

I am trying to set multiple(3) ROI's each with its own color histogram analysis. I followed each procedural activity when performing the executed tasks the exact same as the macro was recording. I still only get 1 of the ROI's colorhistograms with the others as blank. Could there be an issue with my execution sequence or is it a glitch in the program. I've read a number of posts with issues regarding ROI's and colorhistogram but thought that the issue was fixed with the latest Image J update. One more question- is it possible to set 1 of the 3 ROI's on the image as the "standard" or the threshold?
