Hi,
I am reposting this question to ask if anyone could help me with
constructing a 3-D volume from a stack of 2-D computed tomography images
using ImageJ. I tried File > Import > Image Sequence as instructed in the
software manual but it did not allow me to select more than one image at a
time and I couldn't figure out how else to do it.
Any help that anyone can provide me in this regard would be greatly
appreciated.
Thank you in advance!

Hi,
I have a stack of 2-D images from x-ray computed tomography that I would
like to convert into a 3-D volume so I can do an average bulk porosity
analysis using BoneJ..can anyone please let me know how I construct the
volume using ImageJ?
Thank you.
