getResultLabel in command line batch mode

Hi All,
I am having an issue where I cannot save the column headers of the
results window when using -batch from the command line. Everything
works fine if I don't run from command line. Does anyone know a work
around? Tried String.copyResults but got an error from the command
line. Options are set to save column headers as well as copy. I'm out
of things to try.

Any suggestions?
