3D Object Counter : how to avoid "no object found" pop-up ?

Dear all,
I am using the 3D object counter plugin from a macro.
When no object matching size/ intensity thresholds is found,  a pop-up
appears saying "no object found" and the macro aborts.
This is however not the case when the plugin is started manually (it
just displays 0 result).

How could I prevent my macro from aborting in such situation, and just
record that no object was found in this iteration ?
