Granulometry & Coordinates

I use ImageJ's granulometry-macro frequently for analyzing river bed sediments.  I am trying to obtain 1 additional piece of information from the macro, and I am hoping that someone will be able to help.  I need the x and y coordinates of the individual particles from an arbitrary origin, which could be a corner of the image.  Determining the coordinates manually is not practical, since I have over 100 images and more than 200 particles per image.  Is possible to alter the macro to obtain this information?
