generalized Anscombe transform

Hi there,

I'm working on PALM imaging and try to test different solutions to enhance
my datas by doing filtering.
It seems that the "generalized Anscombe transform" appears to be an
interesting method.

Has this method allready been implemented in imageJ ?

Unfortunatly I couldn't find anything.

By the way, if someone agrees to share his experience concerning PALM
microscopy, it would be great to discuss off-list.
