Hello everybody,
I'm new to ImageJ and i'd like to use the program to analyse neurons
morphology (cell body area) and neurites lenght.
I downloaded the plugin neuronJ but I don't not where to start to use it.
I imagine it's necessary to calibrate your image before starting...
i really need an help and I couldn't get any benefit from the Erik Meijering
web-site.
Please I need some help.
