Retrieve results from Log Window

Dear all,

 

I am using JACoP to study the co-localization of multiple proteins. The
output from JACaP is to a Log Window. Is there any way that I could
automatically get the output data (such as Pearson r value r=0.80 ) and
export a series of r values into excel or any other data table?
