IJ_Props.txt

Hi,
I noticed recently when I updated my ij.jar that ImageJ no longer reads
my IJ_Props.txt file.  I'd like to confirm that this is now the case. I
didn't see anything in the release notes about this.

Is there a way to create your own menu behavior using a text file
anymore?  I have gotten very fond of my own custom popup menu.

I notice that if I download the source and build my own ij.jar with my
own IJ_Props.txt, that this works.  I guess I can live with things this
way, but want to check to see if there is any other way to customize the
menus using the "stock" ij.jar.
